Coach Lead Supervisor I role in Tilton, New Hampshire—lead retail teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at this luxury fashion retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
- Embody Coach brand values and serve as a Brand Ambassador to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement recommendations to enhance store performance
- Recruit, interview, evaluate, and provide high-level training to store personnel; hold team accountable for individual and business goals
- Mentor team members on clienteling strategy and customer-centric approaches to build long-term customer relationships
- Establish and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution guidance to team members and district staff in the absence of leadership
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional internal and external customer experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at Lead Supervisor or equivalent supervisory level
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space in a supervisory or lead capacity. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and fostering team development in a luxury or fashion retail setting preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
