Lead Supervisor I position at Coach in Sunbury, Ohio. Drive sales, lead team, and deliver exceptional retail experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the store
- Establish trust and maintain integrity while supporting an environment of collaboration and inclusion
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support store recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving business goals
- Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational compliance
- Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with both internal and external partners
- Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and performance management
- Strong sales acumen with proven ability to exceed targets
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor or assistant manager level.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management or business education preferred.

This position is based in Sunbury, Ohio, USA, within easy reach of Columbus.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
