Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness throughout the organization
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies that enhance store performance
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to improve individual and team performance at all levels
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail spaces at the Lead Supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust and maintain integrity
  • Strong business acumen and execution of forward-planned strategies
  • Proven track record in sales performance and customer experience delivery

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
