Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
  • Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the business
  • Establishes trust and maintains integrity to support an environment of collaboration and inclusive culture
  • Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implements individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
  • Executes forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Supports recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and holds team accountable for goals
  • Adheres to and enforces team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational procedures
  • Assists in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with internal and external partners

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrates courage, creativity, and customer focus
  • Excels at dealing with ambiguity and driving for results
  • Possesses strong interpersonal savvy and learning on the fly capabilities
  • Demonstrates strategic agility and commitment to developing direct reports
  • Ability to build effective teams and foster open dialogue
