Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a brand ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
  • Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support an environment of collaboration within the store and throughout the organization
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience and achieve store goals and KPIs
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
  • Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction
  • Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in the absence of leadership

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated courage in providing direct and actionable feedback
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proven customer focus and commitment to meeting expectations of internal and external customers
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and change
