Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Lead Supervisor I in Miami, FL (Dolphin Mall) to lead store sales, coaching and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to drive sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness through customer engagement and merchandising standards.
- Implement company initiatives and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including compliance with policies and procedures.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, recommend improvements and execute strategies to enhance store performance.
- Recruit, interview and support onboarding; deliver high-level training, coach team members and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture, provide constructive feedback and hold team members accountable for individual and business goals.
- Support HR-related matters and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership; promote resources that sustain a healthy internal work environment.
- Ensure effective clienteling practices to build long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead/supervisor level.
- Proven ability to coach and develop retail teams, conduct performance evaluations and drive results against KPIs.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience using sales data to inform strategy and improve store performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in recruiting, interviewing and HR support or conflict resolution.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and move throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in a competitive retail environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales, coaching staff, and managing store-level operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
