Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness through strategic market engagement
- Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support full operational store functions
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development programs to increase overall customer experience and satisfaction
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support store operations with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving business goals
- Enforce company policies and procedures in addition to store operational procedures
- Execute innovative customer experience strategies for both internal and external partners
- Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentor teams on clienteling strategy to build long-term relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to store teams and district in absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or comparable management position
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated expertise in sales analysis and performance optimization
- Proven experience in team recruitment, training, and performance management
- Strong understanding of clienteling and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software

1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or comparable supervisory role in a luxury or contemporary retail environment.
