Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor and achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness across the store

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience in a supervisory or leadership position within competitive retail environments
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and mentor retail sales teams
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to analyze sales data and implement performance-enhancing strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
