Coach Lead Supervisor I in Durham, NC – Retail leadership role managing sales, team development, and customer experience. $16.00–$24.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness throughout the store
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations to enhance store performance
- Recruit, interview, evaluate performance, and conduct training to develop team members
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for business goals
- Establish trust and support a collaborative, fair, and inclusive team culture
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategies
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or equivalent
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom effectively

1+ years of equivalent management experience in a competitive retail sales environment at the lead supervisor level or comparable supervisory role
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further professional development or retail management certification preferred but not required
