Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Embody Coach brand values and serve as brand ambassador to increase brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the store business
  • Establish trust, maintain integrity, and foster collaboration within store and throughout the organization to promote fair, positive, and inclusive culture
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and implement individualized team development
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational procedures
  • Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
  • Create customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team
  • Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to bend, reach, and stretch as required
  • Demonstration of Coach competencies including Courage, Creativity, Customer Focus, Dealing with Ambiguity, Drive for Results, Interpersonal Savvy, and Learning on the Fly
  • Demonstrated competencies for people managers including Strategic Agility, Developing Direct Reports and Others, and Building Effective Teams
