Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness throughout the store and community
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Establish trust and integrity while supporting collaboration within the store to promote an inclusive culture
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level team training
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels while holding team accountable for business goals
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences and mentor team on clienteling strategy
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of senior leadership

Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrates courage, creativity, and customer focus
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive for results
- Strong interpersonal savvy and learning agility
- Competency in strategic agility, developing direct reports, and building effective teams

Experience
1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor or supervisory level is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no additional formal education specified in the posting.
