Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor in Honolulu, Hawaii to lead sales, coach teams, and drive KPIs at the Ala Moana store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Coach, embodying brand values and increasing brand awareness at store and community level.
- Drive store performance through sales data monitoring, KPI analysis, trend identification and execution of forward-planned strategies.
- Recruit, interview and support performance evaluations; deliver high-level training and ongoing coaching to develop the sales team.
- Implement company initiatives and ensure compliance with corporate policies and store operational procedures.
- Foster an inclusive, customer-centric culture and mentor staff on clienteling strategies to build long‑term customer relationships.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership; hold team accountable for individual and business goals.
- Support store visual and operational needs, including occasional physical tasks such as moving product, cartons and fixtures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience supervising or managing in a competitive retail environment at a lead/supervisor level.
- Proven ability to coach and develop front-line sales teams and to drive results against KPIs.
- Strong customer service orientation with experience in clienteling and relationship-building strategies.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience analyzing sales data and translating insights into action.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by retail operations, including regularly lifting 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of supervisory or lead-level experience in a competitive retail environment with demonstrated success in driving sales, coaching teams, and managing store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
