Coach Lead Supervisor I position in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada. Lead a retail team, drive sales, and embody brand values at $20.50–$28.00/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness throughout the store community
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operations of the business
- Establish trust and maintain integrity while supporting collaboration and inclusive culture within the store team
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development programs to increase overall customer experience
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and key performance indicators
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for business goals
- Adhere to and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with both internal and external partners
- Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategies
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team members and district in the absence of leadership
- Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- Demonstrated competencies in Courage, Creativity, Customer Focus, Dealing with Ambiguity, Drive for Results, Interpersonal Savvy, and Learning on the Fly
- Competencies in Strategic Agility, Developing Direct Reports, and Building Effective Teams

Experience
1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level or similar management position in a luxury fashion retail environment.

The successful candidate will be located in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada, with easy access to Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.50 to CAD 28 per hour.
