Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor in Hagerstown, MD (part‑time): retail leadership role driving sales, team performance and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to drive sales, exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences as a Brand Ambassador for Coach.
- Implement company initiatives and ensure full execution of store operations, compliance, and visual standards.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend tactical actions to improve store performance and customer retention.
- Recruit, interview, onboard and deliver high-level training and coaching to develop team capabilities and individual performance.
- Mentor and hold the team accountable through feedback, performance evaluation, and individualized development plans.
- Champion clienteling strategies to build long‑term customer relationships and increase lifetime value.
- Support HR and conflict-resolution activities in the absence of senior leadership and promote a healthy, inclusive work environment.
- Perform physical tasks related to merchandising and stockroom management, including moving product, cartons and fixtures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisory level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a sales-driven team, train staff, and translate business strategy into measurable store results.
- Strong business acumen with experience monitoring KPIs, analyzing sales data and recommending corrective actions.
- Proven interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills; ability to provide direct, actionable feedback and develop others.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capacity to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of supervisory or lead experience in a competitive retail environment with responsibility for sales performance, team coaching and store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail/management coursework preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
