Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver elevated customer experiences.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness and initiative execution.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend tactical actions to improve store performance.
- Recruit, interview, coach and develop store associates; provide performance feedback and implement individualized development plans.
- Execute forward-planned sales and merchandising strategies to meet store goals and company initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store operational procedures; enforce standards across the team.
- Champion clienteling and customer-centric strategies to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership; foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
- Perform physical store tasks as required, including receiving and moving product and fixtures (regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline retail staff and to hold team members accountable for individual and business objectives.
- Strong aptitude for data-driven decision making with experience monitoring sales metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role (regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, reach, climb and maneuver sales floor and stockroom).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-focused luxury retail setting and supporting an inclusive team culture.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in a competitive retail environment, preferably within a branded or luxury fashion setting, with a track record of meeting sales targets and developing store teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or degree in business, retail management or a related field is desirable but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 23.75 per hour.
