Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor in Gonzales, Louisiana to lead store teams, drive sales and clienteling. Pay $16.00–$24.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness in-store and in the local market.
- Coach, mentor and develop store team members through recruiting, interviewing, training and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance store performance and customer experience.
- Drive implementation of company initiatives and ensure seamless day-to-day store operations and compliance with policies.
- Develop and champion clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of senior leadership and promote a healthy internal work environment.
- Hold team members accountable for individual and business goals while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
- Perform physical tasks required for store operations including stockroom management and merchandising setups.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisor level.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop retail teams to achieve sales goals and high-quality customer service.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience analyzing sales data and executing action plans to improve performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in conflict resolution and HR-related support.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

At least 1 year of supervisory or lead-level experience in a competitive retail setting, with demonstrated success in driving sales, developing teams and executing clienteling/sales strategies.

The successful candidate will be located in Gonzales, Louisiana, USA, with easy access to Baton Rouge.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
