Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness through exemplary conduct and engagement
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full store operations
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for enhanced store performance
- Provide individualized team development to increase overall customer experience and KPI achievement
- Recruit, interview, conduct performance evaluations, and deliver high-level training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for goals
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational compliance
- Execute customer-centric strategies and mentor team on clienteling to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district leadership in absence of senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
- Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom effectively
