Coach Lead Supervisor position in Glendale, Arizona. Drive sales performance and lead retail team at premium fashion retailer.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Coach brand ambassador, embodying company values and increasing brand awareness within the local market
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the retail store
  • Establish trust, maintain integrity, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes inclusivity and positive team culture
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and recommend enhancements to store performance
  • Implement individualized team development strategies to increase overall customer experience and engagement
  • Execute forward-planned strategies and business initiatives to achieve store goals and key performance indicators
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training of store staff
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance; hold team accountable for business goals
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational compliance across the team
  • Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences and mentor staff on clienteling to build long-term customer relationships
  • Provide human resources and conflict resolution support to the team and district in the absence of senior leadership
  • Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment for all internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or similar
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop retail sales teams
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to consistently exceed performance targets
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing sales metrics and implementing performance improvements
  • Experience with clienteling and relationship-building strategies in luxury retail environments
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
