Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor to guide sales-floor performance, customer experience, team development, and store operations in Gilroy, California. The role is full-time and includes a base pay range of $17.00–$27.75 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Represent Coach as a Brand Ambassador, embodying its values and increasing brand awareness.
- Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support the full operation of the business.
- Maintain a growth mindset in support of business and personal development initiatives.
- Build trust, uphold integrity, and foster collaboration across the store and organization to promote fairness, a positive experience, and an inclusive team culture.
- Monitor and analyse sales data, identify trends, recommend ways to improve store performance, and implement individualised team development to enhance the customer experience.
- Apply strong business acumen and execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives related to store goals and KPIs.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, and high-level training as needed.
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels, and hold the team accountable for individual and business goals.
- Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and store operating procedures.
- Help execute innovative strategies that create exceptional experiences for internal and external customers.
- Build a customer-centric culture, prioritise customer satisfaction, and mentor the team in clienteling strategies that build long-term customer relationships and meet business goals.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support to the team and district when the leadership team is absent.
- Promote company resources that support a healthy work environment for internal customers.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching, stretching, and manoeuvring around the sales floor and stockroom; regularly lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift and carry products, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds.
