Coach Lead Supervisor I position in Gilbert, Arizona—drive retail sales and lead team operations with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness amongst both internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operations of the business
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development strategies to increase overall customer experience and engagement
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and key performance indicators
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed for store team members
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance; hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational protocols across the team
  • Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentors team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in the absence of leadership team
  • Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment for internal customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
  • Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated excellence in driving sales results and exceeding performance targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels

Experience
