Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to drive sales targets, KPIs and an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embedding Coach values and increasing brand awareness through exemplary service and presentation.
- Lead execution of company initiatives and ensure smooth store operations, including adherence to policies and operational procedures.
- Coach, develop and hold the team accountable through recruiting, interviewing, training, performance evaluation and individualized development plans.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities, recommend actions to improve store performance and implement staffing or merchandising adjustments.
- Promote a customer‑centric culture and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to cultivate long‑term customer relationships.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution for the store and district in the absence of senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead or supervisor level.
- Proven ability to hire, develop and evaluate retail sales teams and to implement performance improvement plans.
- Strong business acumen with experience using sales data to drive decisions and achieve KPIs.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required on a retail sales floor: frequently lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, kneel, climb and maneuver in stockroom and storefront environments.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in a competitive retail environment, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or coursework preferred.
