Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a brand ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness throughout the store
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Recruit, interview, evaluate performance, and provide training to support team development
- Implement company initiatives and support full store operations aligned with business objectives
- Establish trust and maintain integrity while fostering collaboration and an inclusive team culture
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for goals
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational compliance across all team members
- Create customer-centric strategies and mentor the team on clienteling to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to the team and district in the absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Strong leadership presence and business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive results
