Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and building lasting guest relationships aligned with Coach's brand values
- Support daily sales goals, motivate team performance, and drive key selling behaviors across the food and beverage operation
- Provide real-time feedback, training, and coaching to associates to elevate beverage craft, selling, and service skills
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ordering and inventory management, food safety compliance, and visual merchandising standards
- Address customer concerns and operational issues with professionalism and urgency
- Act as a brand ambassador upholding Coach's luxury brand values and ensuring a consistent guest experience
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail or food service management
- Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks
- Proficiency with food and beverage operating systems
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling procedures
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
