Coach Lead Supervisor, Food & Beverage opening in New York at Hudson Yards Coffee Shop. Full-time retail leadership role, $50K–$70K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and building lasting guest relationships
- Support daily sales goals, motivate team performance, and drive key selling behaviors aligned with district priorities
- Provide real-time feedback, training, and coaching to associates to elevate beverage craft, selling, and service skills
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ordering, inventory management, food safety, and visual merchandising standards
- Address customer concerns and operational issues with professionalism and urgency
- Uphold Coach brand values and ensure a consistent luxury experience while serving as a brand ambassador in the local market
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail or food service management
- Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with food & beverage operating systems
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Skills
Experience
1+ years of experience in retail or food service management with demonstrated expertise in customer-facing roles, team delegation, and operational oversight. Proficiency in food service systems and a track record of supporting sales goals and maintaining brand standards required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional retail or food service certifications preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to USD 70,000 per annum.
