Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and building lasting guest relationships
  • Support daily sales goals, motivate team performance, and drive key selling behaviors aligned with district priorities
  • Provide real-time feedback, training, and coaching to associates to elevate beverage craft, selling, and service skills
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, ordering, inventory management, food safety, and visual merchandising standards
  • Address customer concerns and operational issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Uphold Coach brand values and ensure a consistent luxury experience while serving as a brand ambassador in the local market

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in retail or food service management
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with food & beverage operating systems
  • Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
