Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor to support store leadership in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales within their food and beverage operation. The successful candidate will coach and develop team members, maintain operational excellence, and uphold brand values across daily service, inventory management, and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and building lasting guest relationships
- Support daily sales goals, motivate team performance, and drive key selling behaviors
- Provide real-time feedback, training, and support to associates to elevate beverage craft, selling, and service skills
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ordering, inventory management, food safety, and visual merchandising standards
- Address customer concerns and operational issues with professionalism and urgency
- Uphold Coach brand values and ensure a consistent luxury experience while acting as an ambassador in the local market
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail or food service management
- Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks
- Organizational skills and ability to work with food and beverage operating systems
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
