Coach Lead Supervisor, Food & Beverage position in Allen, Texas. Hourly $20–$24. Retail leadership role combining luxury service and F&B operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and building lasting guest relationships while maintaining luxury retail standards
  • Support daily sales goals, motivate team performance, and drive key selling behaviors aligned with district priorities
  • Provide real-time feedback, training, and coaching to associates to elevate beverage craft, selling, and service skills
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, ordering, inventory management, food safety compliance, and visual merchandising standards
  • Address customer concerns and operational issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Uphold Coach brand values and act as an ambassador in the local market, ensuring a consistent luxury experience

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in retail or food service management
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles and task delegation
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with food and beverage operating systems
  • Demonstrated ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
