Coach Lead Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience as a Brand Ambassador for Coach.
- Coach, mentor and develop store associates through on-the-job training, performance feedback and individualized development plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, recommend initiatives and adjust staffing or clienteling strategies to enhance store performance.
- Support recruitment, interviewing and onboarding; participate in performance evaluations and enforce company policies and operational procedures.
- Execute company initiatives and store-level plans, ensuring consistent brand presentation, clienteling execution and operational readiness.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution for team members and act in the absence of senior leadership to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Participate in stockroom and visual tasks as required, including lifting and moving product, cartons and fixtures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor or comparable level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a retail team, coach for performance and drive results against sales and KPI targets.
- Proven capability to analyze sales data and translate insights into corrective actions and coaching opportunities.
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing and conducting performance evaluations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks of the role: regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1+ years of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor level or similar, with demonstrated success in driving sales and developing teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
