Coach Lead Supervisor F&B II, Leawood, Kansas — Part-time food and beverage supervisory role with $20-$24/hr base pay.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations and service delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop F&B team members to achieve performance goals
- Maintain service standards, food quality, and inventory management
- Build effective team morale and foster open dialogue among staff
- Address operational challenges with agility and creative problem-solving
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures

Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage or hospitality environments
