Coach Lead Supervisor I - Edison, NJ retail leadership role with $17–$27.75/hr base pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness among customers and team members
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the retail business
- Establish trust and integrity, fostering collaboration within the store to promote fair, positive, and inclusive team culture
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development strategies to increase overall customer experience and drive results
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance on all levels and hold team accountable for achieving business goals
- Enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
- Create customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in the absence of leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom effectively
- Demonstration of courage through direct feedback and proactive problem-solving
- Strong creativity in developing new ideas and strategies
- Dedication to meeting internal and external customer expectations
- Ability to cope with change and ambiguity without requiring complete information
