Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach values and serve as a brand ambassador to increase brand awareness and store visibility
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, enhance store performance, and develop individualized team coaching plans
- Establish trust and support a collaborative, inclusive culture that promotes fair and positive team dynamics
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training initiatives to build a high-performing team
- Provide constructive feedback and performance guidance to team members; hold team accountable for individual and business goals
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve store goals and key performance indicators
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Create a customer-centric environment and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to the team and district in the absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- One or more years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail environment
- Strong sales acumen and results orientation
Skills
Experience
One or more years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level or similar retail leadership role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail management education or certification valued.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
