Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor to lead sales-floor execution, drive store results and KPIs, develop the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Cypress, Texas. The role is full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Represent Coach values as a Brand Ambassador and increase brand awareness.
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full business operations.
  • Maintain a growth mindset toward business and personal development initiatives.
  • Build trust, uphold integrity, and foster collaboration across the store and organization to promote fairness, a positive experience, and an inclusive team culture.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, recommend ways to improve store performance, and implement individualized team development to enhance the customer experience.
  • Apply strong business acumen and execute forward-planned strategies to meet leadership initiatives for store goals and KPIs.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, and high-level training as needed.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team members accountable for individual and business goals.
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operating procedures.
  • Help execute innovative strategies that deliver exceptional experiences for internal and external partners.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture, prioritize customer satisfaction, and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and meet business goals.
  • Provide HR and conflict-resolution support to the team and district in the absence of the leadership team.
  • Promote company resources that support a healthy work environment for internal customers.
  • Demonstrate courage by giving timely, direct, complete, actionable positive and corrective feedback; addressing people issues promptly; and taking necessary negative action.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
  • Able to bend, reach, stretch, climb, and kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Able to regularly lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift and carry products, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds.
