Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness in-store.
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the store business, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and implement recommendations to enhance store performance.
  • Coach, develop and hold the team accountable through recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation and targeted training.
  • Create and mentor a customer-centric culture, driving clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership and champion resources that promote a healthy work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of equivalent experience managing in a competitive retail environment at a lead/supervisor level.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales results, manage KPIs and translate business strategy into in-store execution.
  • Proven experience recruiting, coaching, delivering feedback and developing retail teams.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role: regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Demonstrated alignment with Tapestry competencies: courage, creativity, customer focus, dealing with ambiguity, drive for results, interpersonal savvy and rapid learning; people manager competencies such as strategic agility and developing direct reports.

Experience
