Coach in Chicago seeks a Lead Supervisor to drive sales, coach teams and deliver exceptional client experiences at 444 N. Michigan Ave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness through presentation and customer interactions.
- Coach, mentor and develop store team members through individualized training, feedback and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, recommend actions and execute strategies to improve store performance.
- Support recruiting, interviewing and onboarding; enforce company policies and store operational procedures.
- Champion clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and mentor staff on effective client follow-up.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution for team members and act as a point of escalation in leadership absence.
- Lead implementation of corporate initiatives and support full operation of the business, including stockroom and fixture management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisory level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach for performance, and deliver measurable sales results.
- Comfort with physical retail duties: regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience in conflict resolution and people development.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead-level experience in a competitive retail environment; prior experience within premium or luxury retail is highly relevant.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
