Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Chicago, IL — full-time retail leadership role at 444 N. Michigan Ave. Hourly pay $17–$27.75.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to drive sales targets, elevate customer experience and model Coach brand values.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, implementing company initiatives and ensuring consistent execution of store operational standards.
- Monitor and analyse store sales data and KPIs to identify trends, recommend actions and optimise store performance.
- Recruit, interview and participate in performance evaluations; coach, train and develop team members to raise individual and collective capability.
- Deliver ongoing feedback and hold the team accountable for achieving individual and business objectives, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead clienteling efforts and mentor the team on strategies to build long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support for the store and district in the absence of senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a lead supervisor or equivalent managerial role within a competitive retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and motivate a sales team to meet KPIs and business goals.
- Proven experience using sales data to inform decisions and drive results.
- Physical capacity to lift and move product and fixtures (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflicts and act as a trusted point of escalation for the team.

Experience
At least one year of supervisory or lead experience within a competitive retail setting, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and developing retail teams.
Education
High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in business, retail management or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
