Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain visible leadership on the sales floor to drive sales targets, deliver exemplary client experiences and embody the Coach brand values.
- Monitor and analyze store sales data and KPIs, identify trends and implement corrective strategies to optimize performance.
- Coach, develop and mentor retail team members; conduct recruiting, interviewing and performance evaluations as needed.
- Lead execution of company initiatives and store operational procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Drive clienteling and customer retention strategies; model and train the team on personalized service techniques.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor or comparable level.
- Proven ability to coach and develop retail teams, with experience in recruitment, performance management and delivering feedback.
- Capability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to bend, reach, climb and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

At least 1 year of hands-on supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, demonstrating people leadership, sales accountability and operational execution.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or a degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
