Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze store sales data and KPIs, identify trends and implement corrective strategies to optimize performance.
  • Coach, develop and mentor retail team members; conduct recruiting, interviewing and performance evaluations as needed.
  • Lead execution of company initiatives and store operational procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
  • Drive clienteling and customer retention strategies; model and train the team on personalized service techniques.
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor or comparable level.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop retail teams, with experience in recruitment, performance management and delivering feedback.
  • Capability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to bend, reach, climb and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
