Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible brand ambassador on the sales floor, modeling Coach values and delivering an elevated client experience.
- Provide daily leadership to the store team to meet sales targets, KPIs and operational standards.
- Analyze sales data and trends to recommend actions and coach the team to improve store performance.
- Recruit, interview and support onboarding; deliver high-level training and ongoing development to direct reports.
- Drive clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and mentor the team on service excellence.
- Administer performance feedback, hold team accountable to goals, and enforce company policies and store procedures.
- Support HR and conflict-resolution needs in the absence of senior leadership and champion resources that promote a healthy work environment.
- Support store merchandising, stockroom management and occasional heavy lifting related to product, fixtures and visual props.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop retail sales teams to achieve business results.
- Proven aptitude for analyzing sales metrics and translating data into actionable development plans.
- Capability to perform physical tasks required by the role, including regularly lifting 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience operating at a Lead Supervisor level in a competitive retail environment, with demonstrated success in coaching teams and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or an associate degree in business or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
