Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Charlotte, North Carolina — lead the sales floor, coach teams and drive KPIs at the Coach Charlotte store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and promoting brand awareness across store operations and customer interactions.
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full store operations, ensuring compliance with corporate and store procedures.
- Monitor and analyse sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance and merchandising.
- Recruit, interview, coach, and evaluate team members; deliver high‑level training and individualized development plans to raise performance.
- Mentor the team on clienteling strategy to build lasting customer relationships and drive repeat business.
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership; hold the team accountable to performance and conduct standards.
- Perform physical merchandising and stockroom duties as required, including safe handling of inventory and fixtures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a Lead Supervisor or similar level.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop retail sales teams and to drive measurable business results.
- Strong business acumen with experience executing sales strategies and meeting KPIs.
- Demonstrated capability to analyse sales data and translate insights into action.
- Ability to bend, reach, climb, kneel and regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable providing constructive feedback, resolving conflicts and enforcing company policies.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, preferably in fashion or premium lifestyle retail, with proven results driving sales and developing teams.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
