Coach seeks Full-Time Lead Supervisor in Chandler, Arizona. Manage sales floor, drive results, build teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. $16.00–$24.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serve as brand ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and ensure full operation of the business
- Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support collaboration within store and throughout organization to promote fair, positive, and inclusive culture
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
- Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational procedures
- Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for internal and external partners
- Create customer-centric culture prioritizing customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team
- Champion company resources to support healthy work environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated courage in providing direct, actionable feedback
- Strong creative and innovative thinking abilities
- Commitment to customer focus and building internal and external relationships
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and handle change comfortably
- Drive for results and consistently exceeding performance goals
- Strong interpersonal savvy and ability to build effective relationships

Skills
Experience
1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or comparable retail management role in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail management certification or training a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Chandler, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
