Coach Lead Supervisor position in Chandler, Arizona. Drive retail excellence, lead teams, and achieve sales targets. Hourly role starting at $16.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a commanding sales floor presence to achieve and exceed sales targets while embodying Coach brand values and promoting brand awareness
  • Establish and maintain an inclusive, collaborative team environment that fosters trust, integrity, and fair treatment across the store and broader organization
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to identify performance drivers; make strategic recommendations and implement individualized team development programs to enhance customer experience and store performance
  • Execute forward-planned strategies aligned with leadership initiatives to achieve store-level goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead recruitment, interviewing, performance evaluation, and comprehensive training processes for team members
  • Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance to improve individual and collective performance; hold team members accountable to personal and business goals
  • Enforce strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and store operational standards across all team members
  • Develop and execute innovative customer-centric strategies for both internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing satisfaction and long-term relationship building
  • Champion clienteling strategies to establish meaningful customer relationships that support business objectives
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution assistance to team members and district colleagues in the absence of senior leadership
  • Support a healthy, inclusive work environment and champion company resources that promote employee well-being

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail environments at the lead supervisor level or similar leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to lift, bend, reach, stretch, and maneuver across the sales floor and stockroom; capable of regularly lifting 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments as required
  • Strong leadership presence and proven ability to drive sales performance in fast-paced retail settings
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer-centric service delivery and relationship management
  • Knowledge of retail operations, sales analytics, and performance management

Experience
