Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Central Valley, New York (Woodbury Common). Full-time retail leadership role supporting guest experience and team coaching.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service and cultivate lasting customer relationships.
- Support daily sales targets by motivating the sales floor, coaching selling behaviours, and driving performance.
- Provide in-the-moment coaching, training and feedback to elevate selling, service and beverage/food craft skills.
- Execute store operational duties including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, ordering and stock control.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with food safety and other regulatory requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally while representing the Coach brand in the local market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in retail or food service.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to delegate and direct team activities.
- Demonstrable organisational skills and familiarity with food & beverage operating systems.
- Ability to comply with store operating policies, including cash handling and food safety standards.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail days and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in retail or food service environments, with direct experience coaching associates and managing daily store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study in hospitality, retail management or a related field is advantageous.
