Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Serves as brand ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness across internal and external stakeholders
  • Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full operation of the retail business

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or equivalent
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrates courage, creativity, customer focus, and drive for results as outlined in company competencies
  • Exhibits strategic agility and ability to develop direct reports
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, retail management, or related fields is valued.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
