Coach Lead Supervisor position in Carlsbad, California. Full-time retail leadership role managing sales, team, and customer experience. $17.00–$27.75/hour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational functioning of the store
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make strategic recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development plans to increase overall customer experience and business outcomes
  • Execute forward-planned strategies aligned with leadership initiatives to achieve store goals and key performance indicators
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training activities as needed
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual team performance; hold team accountable for achieving personal and business goals
  • Enforce team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with internal and external partners
  • Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and meet business objectives
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution assistance to the team and district in absence of senior leadership
  • Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment for internal customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or higher
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust, maintain integrity, and foster collaboration within a team environment
  • Strong business acumen and strategic execution capability aligned with store KPIs
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and translating insights into actionable performance improvements
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capacity to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to bend, reach, and stretch comfortably during extended shifts

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail management certification or coursework is a plus.
