Lead Supervisor at Coach in Calgary, AB – Retail leadership role driving sales performance, team development, and customer excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a brand ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Establish trust and maintain integrity while supporting a collaborative, inclusive team environment
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development programs to increase overall customer experience
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for achieving business goals
- Adhere to and enforce team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational guidelines
- Create customer-centric culture and mentor team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership
- Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at Lead Supervisor level or higher
- Demonstrated ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Physical ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Proficiency in sales analysis, performance monitoring, and strategic planning
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level. Demonstrated success in driving sales results, building high-performing teams, and fostering customer-centric environments in a luxury or aspirational retail setting is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional retail management certification or equivalent professional development is a plus.

This position is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.50 to CAD 28 per hour.
