Coach Lead Supervisor position in Cabazon, California. Full-time retail leadership role with $17–$27.75/hr base pay and comprehensive benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor and serve as a Coach Brand Ambassador embodying company values and increasing brand awareness
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, make performance recommendations, and implement individualized team development strategies
- Execute forward-planned strategies and initiatives surrounding store goals, KPIs, and business objectives with strong business acumen
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training of store team members as needed
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance on all levels and hold team accountable for achieving goals
- Establish trust, maintain integrity, and foster a collaborative, fair, positive, and inclusive culture within the store and throughout the organization
- Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational guidelines
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and in district in the absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and team members
- Strong business acumen and data analysis capabilities
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and performance management

Experience
Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or comparable supervisory role in a luxury retail environment.
Education
