Coach is seeking a Lead Supervisor to lead sales-floor execution, support store operations, develop the team, and drive sales and customer experience. The role is full-time in Byron Center, Michigan, with a base pay range of $16.00–$24.75 per hour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Represent Coach as a Brand Ambassador, embodying its values and increasing brand awareness.
  • Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support the full operation of the business.
  • Maintain a growth mindset toward business and personal development initiatives.
  • Build trust, demonstrate integrity, and foster collaboration, fairness, positivity, and inclusion within the store and across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, recommend ways to improve store performance, and implement individualized team development to enhance the customer experience.
  • Apply strong business acumen and execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives tied to store goals and KPIs.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, and high-level training as needed.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance, and hold the team accountable for individual and business goals.
  • Follow and enforce company policies and procedures, including store operating procedures.
  • Help execute innovative strategies that create exceptional experiences for internal and external customers and partners.
  • Build a customer-centric culture, prioritize customer satisfaction, and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to develop long-term customer relationships and meet business goals.
  • Provide HR and conflict-resolution support to the team and district in the absence of the leadership team.
  • Champion company resources that support a healthy work environment for internal customers.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor level.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including products, cartons, props, or fixtures.
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, reach, stretch, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
