Coach in Burnaby, BC is hiring a Lead Supervisor to lead store operations, drive sales, and develop the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness and execution of company initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend and implement actions to improve store performance.
- Coach, develop and hold the team accountable through recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations and high-level training.
- Support day-to-day store operations and enforce company policies and store procedures to ensure compliance.
- Drive a customer-centric culture and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support for the team and district in the absence of senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a Lead Supervisor or similar level.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales and developing team performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary studies in retail, merchandising or business preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, within easy reach of Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21 to CAD 30 per hour.
