Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Broomfield, Colorado. Lead store teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve sales targets, maintain exceptional customer experience, and model Coach brand values.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting brand awareness and ensuring consistent execution of merchandising and presentation standards.
  • Drive store performance by monitoring and analysing sales data, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions to meet KPIs.
  • Lead people activities including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, delivering high‑level training, performance evaluation, and coaching to develop staff.
  • Implement company initiatives and store operational procedures, enforcing compliance with policies and health & safety requirements.
  • Cultivate a customer‑centric culture and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long‑term client relationships.
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution in the absence of senior leadership and champion resources that promote a healthy work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at a lead or supervisory level.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse sales metrics and translate insight into actionable plans that improve store performance.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience recruiting, coaching, giving performance feedback, and holding teams accountable.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role, including regularly lifting at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, climbing, bending, kneeling, and moving fixtures or product.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
