Coach in Branson, MO seeks a part-time Lead Supervisor to coach the sales floor, drive KPIs and deliver outstanding client experiences. $16.00–$23.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain an authoritative leadership presence on the sales floor to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Coach, mentor and develop store staff through individualized training, performance evaluations and ongoing feedback to drive productivity and skill growth.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and implement action plans to optimise store performance and achieve targets.
- Support recruitment and interviewing activities; participate in onboarding and high-level training when required.
- Implement company initiatives and store operational procedures; ensure team compliance with corporate policies and loss-prevention standards.
- Drive a customer-centric culture and mentor team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
- Provide HR-related support and conflict resolution for team members and, in the absence of senior leadership, act as a district resource.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor level.
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams, give direct and actionable feedback, and hold employees accountable for targets and behaviours.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience using sales metrics to inform strategy and improve store performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude for conflict resolution and sustaining an inclusive team culture.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to bend, climb, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a competitive retail setting with a demonstrated record of driving sales, coaching teams, and managing store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or formal retail/management training preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 23.75 per hour.
