Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead sales-floor operations and maintain visible leadership presence to achieve store sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Act as Brand Ambassador for Coach, embodying brand values and promoting product and brand awareness.
  • Coach, develop and hold the sales team accountable through recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations and ongoing training.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and KPI data, identify trends, recommend actions to improve store performance and implement individualized development plans.
  • Drive clienteling strategies and mentor the team to build long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
  • Enforce company policies and store operational procedures; provide HR and conflict-resolution support in the absence of senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead supervisor or equivalent level.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop retail teams, including recruiting, interviewing and delivering performance feedback.
  • Proven commercial acumen with experience using sales data to influence staffing, merchandising and selling strategies.
  • Ability to perform physical duties of the role: regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, kneel and move throughout sales floor and stockroom.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (inferred requirement for a U.S.-based role).

Experience

At least 1 year of hands-on supervisory experience in a competitive retail environment; experience in luxury or specialty fashion retail preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets, coaching teams and implementing store-level initiatives.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
