Coach Lead Supervisor position in Bloomington, Minnesota at Mall of America. Drive sales and lead retail team in luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness throughout the store
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience and sales productivity
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels and hold team accountable for goals
- Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational protocols
- Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership
- Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment for internal customers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly; up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level. Must demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building and developing high-performing teams, and driving customer satisfaction in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional retail management certifications or training strongly preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
